Sridhar loves technology strategy and innovation. With 24 years of experience under his belt, he has been guiding various types of businesses to understand and implement digital transformation for their companies.  This helps businesses innovate and build efficient processes, in turn helping their bottom line and paving the way for growth. Sridhar created innovation lab at eBiz that helps companies innovate through their proven processes to create new opportunities and new business models. Sridhar is co-founder/CEO of ThinkProxi, an Internet of Things proximity platform company, which is a product of eBiz innovation labs. 

Sridhar is multifaceted and has degrees in Architecture, City Planning, and Computer Programming. He is certified in Design Thinking from MIT Sloan School of Management as well as being certified through MIT CSAIL Artificial Intelligence in Implications for Business Strategy. Sridhar is a Member of the Forbes Technology Council and is a Member of the Memphis Business Journal Leadership Trust. He is a frequent guest speaker, panelist, and participates in radio shows and TV. 

Sridhar serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, helping them by using his technology and business skills.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

​

​

Tony Belilovskiy joined the C3 Excellence team following a very successful career in healthcare and business. His diverse expertise includes engineering in metallurgy, ballistics, licensed clinician, healthcare administration, auditor, healthcare consulting, and entrepreneurial business ownership.  His experience ranges from clinical, healthcare administration, healthcare IT, contract administration and negotiations, financial analysis, quality and leadership, culture change, project management and strategic planning, business and people management, systems implementations and mergers, data analysis, data migration, medical claims analysis, college and university course development, and varied projects that come with owning your own management consulting business.

Tony holds both Bachelors in Cardiopulmonary Sciences and Masters in Healthcare Management and Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, MA; Associates Degree in Metallurgy from Odessa Polytechnic Institute in Odessa, Ukraine. He is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Certified Professional Coder. In addition to all of the above, Tony is also an accomplished classical pianist. He resides in Sarasota, FL with his wife of over 20 years and 3 daughters.

Brad Hollingsworth guides organizations, teams, and individuals to implement team-based problem solving through Lean Six Sigma courses and Operational Excellence workshops. Brad is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a Registered Professional Engineer with over 17 years’ experience leading improvement projects in the manufacturing, healthcare, and public service sectors. He is the Owner of Hollingsworth Consulting, LLC as well as a Workshop Instructor for the Voinovich Academy for Excellence in Public Service at Ohio University. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Ohio University. He is an Ironman triathlete and lives near Zanesville, Ohio.
