Duties: IMPORT AND CUSTOM CLEARANCE
Processing imort document

**Generate a new commercial invoice and packing list for each shipment follwoing custome rules of dutiable and non-dutiable. **Print out the bill of landing and arrival notice and process the document that required to custom broker **Coorinate with custom broker and shiplines to clear shipment with custom **Approve duty and entry fee from custom broker and process the invoice to Accounting Dept. **Maintain adn file the document for each shipment.

LOGISTICS

**Arrange and accommodate imort containers in order to deliver to customers **File and monitor import containers document **Track import containers,making sure that empty containers are returned to the shipping lines. ** Summarize and maintain extra charge of imort containers report **Maintain Deliver Log(report) EXPORT

**Processing contract with supplied material (PFP Logs) to China Plants **Maintain PFP Document file and summary report of Export Log by PFP

SERVICE CONTRACT

**Negotiate rates with the shipping companies. **Review and add new rates to service contract. **Audit b/l's rate to ensure shipping companties rate correctly **Shipping instructions to China for each destinations **Monitor shipments to ensure shipping instructions are followed correctly by China ** Coordinate with shipping companies with all equipment issues or space issues.
