Atlanta APICS Chapter Job Board: Customer Service CoordinatorDate: 1/05/2010 Title: Customer Service Coordinator Qualifications: ShelfGenie has a newly created position for our fast growing franchise company in Marietta, GA. Responsibilities: Daily liaison between our factory and customers, data entry into QuickBooks of all customer orders, emailing invoices to customers, liaison for any freight issues, obtain costs from manufacturing for "special" requests, and 100% focused on timely customer service. Requirements: 3-5 years experience in customer service (manufacturing a plus), ability to communicate clearly, work with accuracy, and a positive "can do" attitude. Experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks required, and APICS certification a plus!
