The focus of manufacturing today is the continuous improvement of Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery, Morale, Cost and Inventory. The presentation will show exactly how you can address these focal points by using lean tools, creative employee thinking and a defined Kaizen structure. About the Speaker: Mark Preston is the Vice President of Supplier Development and Operations Excellence for Acuity Brands Lighting. He has spent most of his career in manufacturing and sales environments promoting continuous improvement and lean initiatives. Pre-Dinner WorkshopThis month's Workshop is titled "Interviewing Skills" and will be lead by Steve Hines, career coach and author of the leading job search book in Atlanta, Atlanta Jobs.
