"Lean & ERP: How Companies Can Take Advantage of Their ERP"

Tuesday, May 21st, 2013
Villa Christina in Perimeter

In today’s competitive marketplace, manufacturing companies feel the pressure to reduce costs, improve overall customer experience, manage growth expectations and function across multiple operating locations. As a result, some manufacturing companies have adopted formal Continuous Improvement (CI) programs to increase operational performance.

In this presentation, participants will study the Aberdeen Group’s research results of operational differences between companies using a formal CI methodology and those without a formal CI instead heavily focused on Lean.

This presentation will identify how companies driving CI are using ERP to do SOP the right way, provide better visibility to users and decision makers, more likely to use ERP to plan and schedule operations and more likely to be using ERP tools to support plant processes.
